What if another practice in my market uses Social 365?
There’s only one you! We’ve designed our content with personalization in mind. Your brand elements are you unique to you and the personality of your practice. Our content is created for you to customize with your voice and vibe.
Does my membership with Social 365 also give me a membership with Canva?

Canva is independent of Social 365. We highly recommend a monthly membership to Canva and strongly endorse the platform for its professionalism, ease of use and multi-function market capabilities. We utilize Canva for the creation of the posts used in Social 365 and encourage our members to do the same.

Does Social 365 only work if I use Canva?

Social 365 provides content. If you are comfortable creating content using another platform, that’s ok. The instructions are provided for you to create your social content in the program of your choosing.

What is the cancellation policy?

Social 365 is billed annually. Our program automatically renews annually and is cancellable by going into your account and cancelling your renewal.

When is new content released?

Content calendars are released monthly. In addition to our monthly content, you’ll find additional marketing resources to include how-to guides and collateral materials.

How many log ins do I receive?

You’ll receive a single log in for each subscription purchased. The log in can be shared among multiple team members in the practice.

Will this content automatically post to my social media pages?

The content does not automatically post to your social pages. The templates and guidance are provided for you to customize with your brand elements for you or a member of your team to post.

How do I access the weekly huddle call?

When you become a member of Social 365 you’re provided with a log-in and information to join our weekly huddle call. On the call we’ll review relevant social media posts for the week, discuss creative ways to market and end with a Q&A

Which social media platforms is the content created for?

Yes! You’ll tweak the content accordingly, but the content is curated to be applicable to all dental practices.

How do I access the monthly blog posts?

Fresh blog posts are added monthly to help our practices generate relevant content for their website. Blogs are not included in the Social 365 membership but are available to purchase on monthly for $125.
